relaxing pool fine scenery kind staff weird location snake incident jittery feeling
the pool was relaxing. the scenery was fine and i often saw butterflies. the staff were very kind and willing to help at any moment.
the one bedroom villas are located in a weird manner. i found a small snake resting on the table one morning.

really good hospitality, a tranquil retreat
supportive staff heavy luggage complimentary photoshoot
i wanted to share my thanks to dwina at the reception for being very supportive with all our needs. saputra also helped a lot, he carried our heavy luggage to and from our villa. the teratai villa was comfortable with housekeeping tending to our needs twice daily. we also had a complimentary photoshoot. it was good.
the free shuttle times did not always align with my plans. i sometimes had to wait longer than expected. this impacted my ability to explore the area freely. more frequent shuttles could improve this.

The staff were friendly, polite, hospitable. puspa and sibi were especially great. the pool villa was perfect. It was private, cosy, contemporary. the complimentary minibar was a top notch benefit. the pool was amazing, too.

lovely balinese bliss!
helpful staff clean room fast response
i stayed in the adiwana room and it was super clean. the complimentary minibar was restocked daily (i loved the juice!). i communicated with the staff via whatsapp and they were fast to respond and so helpful.
the restaurant terrace faces the street and it can be noisy during peak hours.
